2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on ov77, you must meet the following requirements:

- Each person may open only one account.
- Account details must not be shared with any third party.
- Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Terms
- Bets can only be placed after a deposit is fully credited.
- Only deposits from a payment account registered in your own name are accepted.
- If a third-party payment is detected, the relevant funds will be returned and the account may be temporarily suspended.
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
- Withdrawals are not possible before the bonus turnover requirements are met.
- The withdrawal amount must be ৳800 or more.
- ov77 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for additional verification in exceptional circumstances.
4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at ov77, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000
- ৳42,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus → total ৳62,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x turnover requirement applies on the bonus amount. Turnover is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus is available to each user only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for betting.
- Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the turnover requirements in section 4.2 have been met.
- ov77 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time without giving a reason.
- Any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud will result in account closure and funds may be forfeited.
4.4 VIP Program
ov77's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Regular betting activity is required to move to a higher tier. Weekly cashback rates:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

5 Betting Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is considered accepted only once it is fully confirmed. If a bet fails to process due to a technical error or connection loss, it may be considered void. ov77's system records are the final proof.
5.2 Right to Cancel or Modify
- ov77 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the deposit for the relevant bet will be returned.
- A bet that is in progress cannot be unilaterally changed.
5.3 Suspicious Activity
If match-fixing, bot usage, operating multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent activity is suspected on a user's account, ov77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close that account and withhold funds.
6 Privacy and Personal Data Protection
6.1 Data Collection
ov77 collects users' names, mobile numbers, payment information, and betting history. This information is used to improve platform services, verify identity, and ensure security.

8 Limitation of Liability

9 Account Suspension, Closure and Appeals
9.1 Closure at the User's Request

9.2 Suspension or Closure by ov77
ov77 may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:
- Suspicion or evidence of prohibited activities listed in section 7.
- Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
- The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
- The need to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
